Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our datasets.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing a dataset, or downloading any content from UK Restaurant Data ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Buyer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use our products.
2Digital Delivery & Refund Waiver
Important Consumer Notice Regarding Digital Goods
Our products are instantaneously delivered digital CSV/Excel datasets. By completing your purchase and initiating the download process, you explicitly consent to immediate performance of the contract.
Consequently, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to cancel the order or request a refund under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the digital content has been delivered. All sales are final.
3License and Usage Restrictions
Upon purchase, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the dataset for internal Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, marketing, and market research purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the dataset in whole or in part.
- Publishing the data on public websites, directories, or open-source platforms.
- Using the data to create a competing data-provision service.
4Data Accuracy "As-Is" Disclaimer
The hospitality industry is highly volatile; businesses open, close, and change contact details daily. While we utilize rigorous quarterly verification processes to maintain high data fidelity, all datasets are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not warrant or guarantee that the information is 100% accurate, complete, or current. We accept no liability for bounced emails, disconnected phone numbers, returned mail, or any loss of business resulting from the use of our data.
5GDPR, PECR, and Compliance Liability
We strictly supply Business-to-Business (B2B) contact information. However, the Buyer assumes sole and absolute responsibility for ensuring that their use of the data complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and the CAN-SPAM Act. You must ensure you have a lawful basis (such as Legitimate Interest) for contacting these businesses and must always provide a clear mechanism for recipients to opt-out of future communications. We accept no liability for regulatory fines or penalties incurred by your organization.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the purchase of our datasets, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific dataset in question.
7Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
