Refund Policy

Our policies regarding returns, refunds, and digital dataset purchases.

1General Policy: All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our products—instantaneously downloadable digital CSV/Excel datasets—all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a dataset has been purchased and the secure download link has been generated, the product cannot be "returned" or "un-viewed." Therefore, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, purchasing the wrong region by mistake, or changes in business strategy.

2Waiver of the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Statutory Rights Exemption for Digital Goods

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, there is a specific exemption for digital content.

By initiating the download of our datasets immediately after payment, you explicitly consent to us providing the digital content before the 14-day cancellation period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the contract and demand a refund.

3Data Accuracy & Bounce Rates

The UK hospitality sector experiences constant turnover. While we apply strict verification processes to our databases, contact details will naturally degrade over time as restaurants open, close, or change staff.

We provide our data on an "as-is" basis. We do not issue refunds based on email bounce rates, disconnected phone numbers, or standard data decay. By purchasing our B2B lists, you accept that a certain percentage of the data may be inactive at the time of your campaign.

4Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or provide a replacement file under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a technical error causes your payment method to be charged multiple times for the exact same dataset in a single transaction.
  • Technical Failures: If our secure download server completely fails to deliver the file, and our support team is unable to manually provide you with the dataset within 48 hours of your request.
  • File Corruption: If the CSV/Excel file delivered is completely unreadable or corrupted, and we cannot supply a working copy.

5Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we politely ask that you contact our support team first to resolve the matter. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a valid digital download is considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a chargeback, we will submit all secure server logs, IP addresses, and download timestamps to the payment processor to verify the delivery of the digital goods.
